Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of ADL Avondale Sunrooms & Patios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
ADL Avondale Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services in Avondale, AZ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our assessment of project feasibility.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typical payment structure includes a deposit to secure your project date, progress payments during installation, and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of materials we use. Specific warranty information for your project will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and components will also apply as specified by each manufacturer.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that utilities are properly marked before work begins. You are responsible for removing any items from the work area that could be damaged during construction. We will make every effort to protect your property, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
Permits and Regulations
We will handle obtaining necessary permits for your project when required. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules or restrictions. Additional fees may apply for permit applications and inspections.
Limitation of Liability
ADL Avondale Sunrooms & Patios will not be liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
